This week, ev.energy was honored to present at the Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) 2020 summit in San Francisco. The BNEF Summit has been convening leaders in energy, industry, transport, technology, finance and government since 2008; this year’s San Francisco summit was specifically focused on e-mobility, bringing together the world’s most innovative companies from across the energy, automotive and tech industries.

As part of the summit, ev.energy’s CTO Chris Darby was invited to talk to the audience about our smart-charging platform. We were pleased to learn how well our solution was received by utilities, OEMs and investors, and were especially encouraged by an audience poll in which 75% of respondents thought smart EV charging was likely to be the most important innovation of the coming years.

We were thrilled by the connections we made across the industry, and look forward to next year’s summit!
