LONDON – Western Power Distribution (WPD), a UK distribution network operator that delivers electricity to 7.9 million customers across the Midlands, South West England, and Wales, has selected as a flexibility service provider (FSP) as part of its IntraFlex project. will participate in a dynamic flexibility marketplace operated by NODES, the independent marketplace for trading distributed flexibility across Europe.’s platform will optimise EV charging times and loads in WPD’s territory to deliver flexibility services and manage grid congestion.
