You may receive an error message displayed such as, “something went wrong” or “we can’t integrate with this car”.
This may be because you are trying to add a vehicle that is already integrated with another ev.energy account. Please contact support@ev.energy for assistance in moving this vehicle.
If both the vehicle you currently have on the account and the new vehicle you are trying to add are not on our supported vehicles list then we will unfortunately not be able to add the second vehicle. We can only track charging data on one non-supported vehicle at this time. Check our list of vehicle integrations here.
