Why are the charger control buttons greyed out?

Managed charger control buttons are greyed out if:

- The charger is offline

- The charger is disconnected from a vehicle

- The Pando user has read-only access

The reset charger button is greyed out for non-OCPP chargers (start/stop charge buttons can be made available to all chargers)
