We operate an open and accessible progression framework with fixed compensation for each role to foster a level playing field for everyone on the journey.
Our team works remotely across 12 different countries and counting - we advertise our roles in USD or GBP for simplicity’ but do apply a cost of living adjustment to the salary in each country we hire in.
We're fully remote with co-located teams wherever possible across Europe and North America.
