If your Easee charger cannot be found, please make sure first that you have selected ev.energy (UK) as an operator within the Easee app or portal. If you are unsure how to do this, further instructions can be found here.
If ev.energy (UK) is already selected as an operator, then just reach out to suppor@ev.energy and provide us with the email address used to create the ev.energy account, your charger serial number and home address. We will set this up, and let you know once it is connected so you can start using the ev.energy app!
