My charger can't be found

  1. Follow the steps on How to connect your charger to network? to confirm you charger is connected to a network so that it can come online.
  2. After connecting to a network, head to the web portal and confirm that you have granted ev.energy permissions and have connected to the correct URL.

PLEASE NOTE: We'll do our best to help you out. However, ev.energy provide the software solution to your charger, so if the issue is hardware related you will need to contact your installer or manufacturer.
