Always keep up to date with your charging

Here at ev.energy, we’re always looking for ways to improve your charging experience. We have now launched highly requested push notifications!

Push notifications make it even easier for you to track your charging.

You can now receive notifications from ev.energy telling you when your next smart charge is about to start.
When a charging session finishes, we’ll tell you how much energy delivered, at what cost, and confirm whether you earned a smart charging reward point.

We will also warn you as soon as we have trouble connecting your car or charger, so you can get back on track quickly.

And when we detect you could be charging more efficiently, we will let you know about ways to optimise your charging.

Only the EV notifications you need

evenergy can also let you know about any deals or offers that will help you maximise the benefits of ev.energy.

We realise you might not want to receive all possible type of notifications we send, so we’ve made it easy for you to select which you prefer to receive. Just head to the Settings tab to select which notifications you want to see.

Turn on push notifications now

To get notifications on your phone:

• update your app to the latest version
• agree to receive push notifications when prompted
• if you do not see the prompt, or rejected it in the past, you will need to give the ev.energy app permission to send you push notifications. Here’s how to do this on iOS and on Android.

FAQs

How do I choose which notifications I receive?

From your ev.energy app Dashboard, tap the ⚙️ icon in the top left corner of the screen, then select the “Notifications” option. On that screen you can toggle each type of notification that you would like to receive.

When will I receive notifications?

Unless the notification is about au urgent charging issue, we promise not to send you notifications late at night.

How do I choose which emails I receive?

Notification preferences are separate from email preferences. You can manage your email settings by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails to you.
